Shipping - Australian Orders

All items are shipped by Australia Post and all orders have tracking included.

 

(order must total at least $100 after any discounts applied)

 

 

Some of the items in the DYANI store are made to order, so please allow time for me to make your items prior to shipping. Once payment is received, I usually ship items within 3-5 business days.

If for some reason, your order will take longer than this, I will contact you immediately.

*Please note, if you choose the Express Post option, you still need to allow at least 2 full business days for me to process your order and make your item before I can send it.

Please understand that once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.

Most customers should receive their orders within 2 weeks but sometimes it can take longer.

I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.

If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order.

I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch, and I will not issue a refund any sooner than this.
